Check-In/Out
Check-In: Fridays, Sundays & Holidays: 5PM Every effort will be made to have your unit available by 5PM but we can not guarantee this during busy times. All other times: 4PM
Late Check-In: You must make arrangements to have a signed credit card receipt for the damage deposit and a signed rental contract form to us 4 days prior to your arrival date. We will then give you the information required to get into your unit.
Check-Out: 10 AM.
Payment When you make your reservation, one-half of the payment is due. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The Damage deposit is due on arrival. CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. VISA, MASTERCARD AND DISCOVER CARD are the only credit cards we accept.
Cancellation Policy
Up until 30 days before arrival we will refund the deposit less 10 percent. 30 to 15 days before arrival we will transfer the full deposit to a future stay up to a year. 14 days or less before arrival, there will be NO REFUND OR TRANSFER.
KE homes and KV1 home must be cancelled by November 20 otherwise there is no refund. Holiday Cancellations (Christmas, New Years, MLK, President's weekend/week):
Up until 61 days before arrival we will refund the deposit less 10 percent. 60 days or less there is no refund or transfer.

Fall & Winter: October 1 - March 14: 8AM - 6PM Daily Spring: March 15 - April 15: 8AM - 6PM Daily (closed April 16 - June 30) Summer: July 1 - September 30 : 9AM - 4PM M-F
Towels and Linens
All towels and linens for the number of occupants plus all cooking and eating utensils are already in your unit. If your unit has a hot tub, consider bringing some large towels.
Housekeeping All our units are thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge of $20 per hour plus linens.
Telephone Calls Most of our units have a private phone. Local calls are free. Long distance calls can only be made if they are charged to a credit card or collect. Fax service is available at the office.
Winter Driving We STRONGLY RECOMMEND SNOW TIRES AND/OR 4 WHEEL DRIVE for traveling in Vermont during the winter season!!! What may be a dry clean road in the lower elevations can quickly turn to slippery snow covered road in the mountains. Please be careful. Have a safe trip.
Damage Deposit There is a damage deposit of $200.00 per bedroom for condos with a maximum of $800.00 and $300.00 per bedroom for homes without a hot tub. Homes with hot tubs require a $1,500 security deposit. This is due upon arrival. A credit card is authorized and the funds are released shortly after your departure if no damage has occurred.

Pets Sorry no pets are allowed in condominium units. SOME homes allow pets with homeowner approval. Please review with our staff for particular homes and security deposits. Several kennels are in the area and our staff will be happy to help you with this matter.
